About the Role

This position plays a critical role in managing the Family Education and Support Program, ensuring compliance with State Administrative Rules and Federal requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Interpreting and updating policies, manuals, and regulations to meet state and federal standards.
  • Providing general supervision to meet federal assurances, including sub-grantee budgets.
  • Monitoring contracts and regional programs' compliance and performance.
  • Developing and implementing data systems for program requirements.
  • Conducting data analysis, identifying program needs, and generating solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Drafting performance and compliance reports for public dissemination.
