Job Description

As the Marketing Campaign Manager at Facilities Management Express, you will play a crucial part in implementing integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement and lead generation. You will craft compelling content, manage campaign workflows, and ensure seamless execution across multiple platforms. You will work closely with the Manager of Campaign Marketing to execute strategies that align with Facilities Management Express's goals and objectives. This position requires strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Implementation: Execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising and content marketing.
  • Content Creation: Craft engaging and effective content that resonates with our target audience, leveraging platforms like Marketo.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with overall marketing strategy.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Manager, Campaign Marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
  • Performance Analysis: Utilize CRM platforms to track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Organization: Maintain an organized workflow, leveraging tools like Asana for project management and task tracking.
  • Reporting: Assist in the development and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in marketing, a focus on crafting and executing marketing campaigns a plus.
  • Skills: Proven experience in crafting engaging content and managing content marketing campaigns, proficiency with email marketing platforms like Marketo, strong project management skills, and familiarity with CRM platforms and project management tools like Asana.
