We are currently seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our New Unit Sales team at Kelly Generator & Equipment. This individual will work closely with our Outside Sales Representatives to gain industry knowledge and technical expertise involving power generation specifications and territory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with contractors to ensure accurate and complete information on specifications and drawings.
  • Manage opportunities in the CRM system, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
  • Provide support to Outside Sales Representatives and Sales Engineers as needed, fostering a collaborative sales environment.
  • Handle incoming calls related to new unit sales, providing prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and goals, promoting a culture of excellence and achievement.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate and efficient data entry and management.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficient in CRM software and data entry, with a strong understanding of sales and account management principles.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma and a minimum of 3 years of sales, marketing, or project coordination experience, or a bachelor's degree in a related field.

Physical Demands:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, with occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds as required.
