  • Develop and implement standardized work procedures to improve productivity and quality.
  • Train and develop production staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production processes and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in manufacturing or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Basic math skills and ability to read and interpret technical documents.
Work Environment

The Manufacturing Team Leader will work in a standard automotive plant environment with moderate noise levels. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, steel toe shoes, and hearing protection will be required in certain areas of the plant.

Physical Demands

The Manufacturing Team Leader will be required to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and sit at a computer for extended periods is also required.
