- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires standing and walking throughout the community, as well as turning, stooping, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting while leading or performing activities for residents. A clean and neat work area is essential for maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
