- Industry Experience: Significant industry experience across the opportunity life cycle (business development, capture, proposal) with a focus on innovative approaches to capturing new business and optimizing existing capabilities for growth.
- Business Process Improvement: Experience in developing and leading business process improvement initiatives to advance operational performance, enable efficiency, and drive growth.
- Consultative Experience: Consultative experience focused on leading teams in developing strategies and solutions to a wide variety of customer issues and requirements.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Entrepreneurial mindset demonstrated across various internal and customer-facing positions across business development and program delivery functions.
- Education and Experience: BS degree and 16+ years of experience; a Master's degree and 14+ years of experience; or a PhD and 10+ years of experience, with significant experience potentially in lieu of degree.
- Communication Skills: Ten or more years of experience conveying technical and business information to a variety of internal and external audiences.
- Security Clearance: Active Top Secret security clearance.
- US Government Experience: Experience working with US Government Department of Defense (DoD) customers.
- Project Management Experience: Proven record of leading, winning, and executing large-scale projects and contracts.
- Security Clearance: Active Top Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access.
- Capture Management Experience: Five years of experience as a Capture Manager leading and delivering corporate priority pursuits.
