Gaming Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Gaming Agent I at the Massachusetts Gaming Commission. As a key member of our regulatory team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our gaming industry.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regulatory investigations and prepare detailed reports to identify and address any non-compliance issues.
- Monitor casino operations, including the count room and cage, to ensure revenue accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Review and audit casino records to identify deficiencies and inconsistencies in internal controls.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to investigate and prosecute criminal activity.
- Provide testimony in hearings and court proceedings as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of three years of experience in an office or casino environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent listening skills and the ability to receive instruction from multiple supervisors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
