Job Title: Finance Coordinator

As a Finance Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading the development and preparation of the annual budget, aligning with Texas Government and Property Tax Codes. You will evaluate departmental budget submissions, offering recommendations for revenue projections and resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare comprehensive budget documents, presentations, and reports for review and approval.
  • Monitor budget execution throughout the fiscal year, providing regular updates and analysis to the Finance Director.
  • Manage financial aspects of finance programs within the organization, including forecasting, financial reporting, and budget monitoring.
  • Work with departments to gather project estimates, budget projections, and funding sources for projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and budget management.
  • Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques.
