Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Patient Service Representative to join our team. As a Patient Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience throughout their visit. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer all phone calls and respond to voicemails in a timely manner
  • Check-in patients and notify clinical staff of their arrival
  • Collect necessary patient information and complete registration forms
  • Check out patients, collect payments, and schedule follow-up appointments
  • Provide information and answer questions for walk-in patients
  • Maintain accurate records and update patient communication logs
  • Review and adjust the daily schedule as needed
  • Verify insurance coverage and approvals for treatments
  • Understand and communicate our cancellation policy to patients
Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • 3 years of customer service experience
  • 2 years of patient service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Working Hours and Location

We offer a variety of shifts to accommodate your needs, including Monday to Wednesday 8:45am - 5:00pm, Thursday to Friday 6:45am - 3:00pm, and two Saturdays per month. Our office is located at 13117 S. La Grand Road, Orland Park, IL 60462, with travel opportunities to cover Burbank, Kedzie, and Pilsen locations.
