Job Summary

The Universal Banker is a key role within Citigroup Inc, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales expertise to internal and external clients. This position requires a strong understanding of banking products and services, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and professional service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Sales and Referrals: Identify opportunities to sell banking products and services to clients, and refer them to relevant partners as needed.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on banking products and services, and be able to effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other branch team members to achieve sales and service goals, and provide support as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Use analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve client issues and concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong sales and service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic computer and digital tools skills.
Work Environment

This is a part-time position, requiring the ability to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
