Job Title: Senior Principal Solutions Architect

Think Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Senior Principal Solutions Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of Enterprise Systems ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NetSuite ERP software and experience in leading complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure NetSuite ERP software to meet business requirements
  • Design and implement working modules and data entry points for enterprise systems
  • Lead the design and deployment of multiple interdependent modules
  • Configure and script workflows to automate business processes
  • Guide architectural focus groups in the integration of NetSuite and non-NetSuite solutions
  • Establish and maintain compliance with architectural guardrails
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to structure and analyze future Enterprise Resource System needs
  • Perform testing and Q&A reviews for NetSuite and non-NetSuite solutions
  • Prepare and maintain documents, including requirements, presentations, and technical specs
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years' experience in ERP implementations and delivery
  • 5+ years' experience designing, configuring, and testing NetSuite and NetSuite partner applications
  • Demonstrated knowledge of accounting, sales cycle, and supply chain management processes
  • Ability to understand and improve end-to-end supply chain business processes
  • Ability to design scripted solutions for customizations using JavaScript, SuiteScript, and jQuery
  • Ability to interpret and map NetSuite's data with external systems
  • Ability to investigate and solve issues based on system configuration and integration
  • Previous application experience in NetSuite, SAP, Oracle e-Business Suite, or other ERP systems
  • Solid presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Sciences, or relevant experience
  • 10% - 15% travel required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Industry vertical experience in retail, warehouse/distribution, manufacturing, or general business
  • ERP certification
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
