**Senior Cybersecurity Architect Position**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity Architect to join our team at ARC Group. As a Senior Cybersecurity Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing security strategies, architectures, and platforms to ensure the security and integrity of our organization's systems and data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement enterprise-wide security architecture standards and best practices.
  • Design and implement security solutions to protect against cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Conduct security risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and technologies to ensure our organization remains secure.
  • Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to less experienced security team members.
  • Participate in security governance processes and contribute to the development of security strategies.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in security architecture, with a focus on enterprise security.
  • Extensive experience with security solutions, including IDM, ForgeRock, OAuth, and cloud security.
  • Strong understanding of security best practices and industry standards.
  • Ability to communicate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodology and cloud security.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in cloud security.
  • IAM experience with employee and consumer identity security.
  • Experience securing APIs.
  • Healthcare industry experience.
  • Information Security certifications (CISM, CISA, etc.).

Education:

  • Related Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in an IT-related field.

Certifications:

  • CISSP certification within 180 days of hire.
