Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to uncover business challenges and define application needs.
  • Lead discovery workshops to identify business goals and objectives.
  • Design and develop user-focused applications with optimized interfaces across systems.
  • Assess the interaction/interface between applications, databases, and middleware to identify functional gaps and address issues.
  • Establish architectural guidelines and goals for the organization.
  • Oversee the software design process, conducting reviews to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to enterprise-wide standards.
Requirements:
  • Seven years of Salesforce implementation, configurations, and customization experience.
  • Seven years of experience designing, developing, and deploying technology solutions.
  • Five years of experience in Salesforce Solutions, Architecture Design/Development Methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Three years of experience with SQL queries and SQL reporting services.
  • Three years of experience with Salesforce Lightning UI in Sales, Service, Experience (Communities), Nonprofit, and Marketing Clouds.
