Job Title: Client Solutions Architect

Zones is seeking a highly skilled Client Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our Pre-Sales team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and developing large-scale, technologically complex services opportunities for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to identify and understand Zones' services opportunities in assigned accounts.
  • Growth and Pursuit: Proactively develop and present creative solutions and services aligning to customer priorities and Zones' offerings.
  • Architectural Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural plans that align with Zones' business goals and objectives.
  • Solution Ownership: Own end-to-end solutions that incorporate digital workplace technologies, data center infrastructure, cloud services, network systems, and security measures.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to internal teams and external clients.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of professional experience in information technology pre-sales or solution architecture with leading Technology Consulting firms.
  • Experience in pursuing and solution mindset that span Professional Services and Managed Services on multi-million-dollar deals.
  • Knowledge of vertical industry trends across Retail, Healthcare, Utility, and Technology.
  • Ability to articulate the solution in a compelling manner in written responses, solution presentations, and oral presentations to clients.
  • Deep understanding of cost and price benchmarks for products and services.
  • Ability to price proposals competitively through global delivery.
