We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analysis Manager to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our Business Analysis & Insights team, you will play a critical role in shaping our site content strategy and driving business growth through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities- Provide data-driven analysis and insights to support business strategies by evaluating ongoing analytical needs, reporting data-based insights in a uniform manner, and collaborating with internal and external business partners to build a consistent and accurate strategy for using data-driven insights.
- Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews with a focus on actionable insights that influence short-, mid-, and long-term strategy.
- Build automated dashboards and reporting views in BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.) and train business partners on dashboard and report utilization for self-guided analysis.
- Provide root cause analysis as identified through long-term KPI trends, with the ability to manipulate data with SQL and BI tools directly (GCP, Tableau, Looker).
- Synthesize key results into a presentation format that focuses on meaningful insights that inform future action.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 2 years' experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area OR 4 years' experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area.
- 2 years' experience using SQL and BI tools for data analysis purposes.
- Master's degree in Business or related field.
- 2 years' experience working with cross-functional teams.
- 2 years' experience in dashboard development (preferably Tableau).
