About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Strategy Manager to join our Omni Fulfillment Experience team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading initiatives focused on customer experience and self-service, minimizing customer effort and enabling an empowering experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead initiatives to improve customer experience and self-service, leveraging data-based analysis and customer insights.
  • Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to deliver best-in-class solutions for a frictionless and consistent customer experience.
  • Develop and own roadmaps to drive customer experience improvements, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Use research and data to understand customer needs and pain points, and develop strategic plans to address them.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business owners, product management, UX, and engineering teams.
  • Measure performance and apply insights back into the business and products to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in business or product operations & strategy, process improvement, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage sources of information from disparate sources and deliver comprehensive, balanced, and actionable analysis.
  • Proven ability to bridge data with business insights to drive relevant, actionable output.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to develop and deliver complex messages in a simple, actionable way.
  • Customer-centric and curious, with a passion for improving the Walmart customer experience.
