Covestro is looking for a skilled Control Systems Program Manager to lead our team at the Newark Compounding Facility. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining control systems, including Allen-Bradley PLCs, HMI and MES systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of control systems design, programming languages (such as ladder logic), and project management principles.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $100,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

This is a full-time opportunity that requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in electro/mechanical or controls engineering. A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or controls engineering is also required. Additional qualifications include organizational skills, effective communication skills, and knowledge of Windows-based software.
