About the Role

As a Staff Product Manager on the Monetization team, your primary focus will be on developing products and functionalities that enhance Checkr's monetization efforts. Monetization encompasses the processes of selling products to clients, managing billing, and accurately documenting financial transactions. You will be responsible for defining and implementing strategies across these critical areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Guide teams in executing initiatives centered on monetization, including Pricing, Subscriptions, Promotions, Bundling, Billing, Invoicing, and Payments.Enhance our monetization framework, which will manage catalog pricing and costs, compute billing, support discounts and promotions, generate invoices, and maintain financial records.Create a unified repository for essential revenue management components: customers, contracts, products, pricing, discounts, and invoices.Drive Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Sales-Led Growth (SLG) strategies by developing features that optimize pricing, discounting, packaging, and subscriptions.Automate billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable processes to facilitate Checkr's rapid revenue growth and expanding client base.

The base salary range for this position is $199,254 to $269,578.
