High Touch Customer Success Director

**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Customer Growth Strategist to join our team at Intercom. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive customer growth and adoption of our AI products.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute customer success plans and strategies to drive growth and adoption
- Build strong relationships with high-value customers at the C-suite and executive level
- Collaborate with account teams to identify and mitigate risks to customer adoption and retention
- Develop and execute adoption strategies targeting high-value accounts for our AI products
**Requirements**
- 8+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as customer success or account management
- Experience working with SaaS business models and complex enterprise customer needs
- Ability to communicate complex problems clearly and concisely to different audiences
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial team player
**Estimated Salary:** $110,000 - $160,000 per year
