Senior Customer Success Consultant

We're seeking an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in manufacturing operations, preferably with 5-10+ years of experience. You should have 3+ years of experience in installation, operation, optimization, and/or maintenance of six-axis robotic automation in a manufacturing or production environment.
You will work closely with our manufacturing customers to drive mutual success, ensuring they get the most out of our robotic automation solutions. Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships, facilitating technical support, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. You will collaborate with our internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and deployment processes for our customers.
A key aspect of this role is your ability to travel approximately 50% of the time to customer sites across the US. You should be located in or willing to relocate to the Chicago, IL area, working out of our Woodridge, IL headquarters.
