The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to enhance product offerings, improve customer satisfaction, and increase profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with General Managers, Finance Directors, and Finance Managers to facilitate a formal training plan.
  • Analyze dealership performance reports and create a training plan to address opportunities for growth or improved performance.
  • Monitor compliance with industry regulations and internal policies, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Develop and manage finance and insurance programs that meet customer needs and align with corporate objectives.
  • Deliver training using various methods, including providing training materials.
  • Follow up on performance of action plans with General Managers, General Sales Managers, and Finance Managers as appropriate.
  • Liaise with other Leader Automotive Training and Development Specialists to share best practices and business insights.
  • Liaise with Finance Directors in your region, hosting regular meetings focused on performance, strategy, and train-the-trainer sessions.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with financial institutions, insurance providers, and other key partners.
  • Lead initiatives to improve customer engagement and satisfaction in finance and insurance processes.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in automotive finance and insurance, with a strong understanding of F&I products and compliance.
  • Experience overseeing multiple rooftops.
  • Previous experience working closely with GMs and GSMs.
  • Proven F&I averages and penetration rates, as well as consistently above-average NPS/CSI scores.
  • High energy and a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated passion for winning and achieving goals, both individually and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills with a keen ability to prioritize.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
