ServiceNow is seeking a highly skilled Senior Communications Manager to join our Global Solutions and Digital GTM team. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communications plans to support our sales organization and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement executive visibility programs to showcase our company's vision and leadership
  • Design and produce compelling content, including scripts, speeches, and social media amplification plans
  • Manage and support change communications across multiple departments and teams
  • Develop employee experience programs and campaigns to highlight wins, recognize individuals and teams, and promote cultural values and behaviors
  • Establish and design processes to ensure timely execution and governance of all content
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of corporate communications, public relations, or executive communications experience
  • Exceptional messaging and writing skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in all communications deliverables
  • Experience building and executing a multi-functional communications strategy
  • Ability to manage multiple communication projects simultaneously and drive strong programs to achieve measurable goals and business outcomes

  • A competitive salary range of $129,000 - $225,600, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits
