As a key member of our hospitality operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of food service and hospitality operations while providing an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure orders are prepared with the correct priority and accuracy
  • Assist in organizing order tickets and proper placement of food on trays
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain established recipes and standards
  • Inspect dishes after delivery for accuracy, presentation, and temperature
  • Assist in delivering orders and maintaining prompt service to guests
  • Maintain the highest level of service standards and provide a best-in-class dining experience
  • Address food/beverage or service-related guest issues and utilize creativity to maintain optimum satisfaction
  • Inspect the premises according to quality and sanitation standards
  • Transfer important information between the kitchen and wait staff
  • Eliminate obstacles in service, food preparation lines, or dish-washing
  • Support bussers/servers in their tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of previous hospitality and high-volume dining experience required
  • Strong knowledge of food and wine
  • Basic knowledge of cost control measures and profit and loss
  • Ability to problem-solve and operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • No college degree required
  • Must be knowledgeable of all health department standards and use good hygiene practices

Physical Requirements

  • Standing and walking for entire length of shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
