Job Title: Senior Channel Account Manager

HackerOne is seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our channel partner sales efforts. As a Senior Channel Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key channel partners, driving sales growth, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue through channel partners.
  • Manage and develop relationships with key channel partners, ensuring alignment and mutual success.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand market coverage.
  • Analyze partner performance, provide insights, and recommendations to optimize channel effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive engagement and collaboration with channel partners.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in channel account management or partner management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets through channel partners.
  • National partner management experience with 1 or more of the Security Solution Providers.
  • Experience working in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience selling services like Pen Testing or Consulting Services.
  • Familiarity with CRM (SalesForce) systems and sales enablement tools.

HackerOne is a digital-first company, and this role is located remotely in the United States. Must be able to travel up to 30%.

Compensation Range: $95K - $130K
