The Role

We're seeking a Senior Channel Account Manager to lead our SAARC Partner strategy and relationships. Based in Bangalore, India, this role will report to the Vice President of Partner Sales, Asia Pacific. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing partner plans, driving sales growth, and building a strategic pipeline focused on Cloudflare's PowerUp Elite and Select partnerships.

Responsibilities
  • Be the voice of partners within the SAARC leadership team, ensuring alignment with GTM plans and quarterly reviews.
  • Own current and future Elite and Select partnerships, maintaining tier requirements and maximizing partner benefits.
  • Develop strong partner relationships and cadence practices, including partner business planning and quarterly reviews.
  • Build and own the SAARC Partner Strategy, including growth and coverage strategy via Tier 1 and Tier 2 partnerships.
  • Collaborate with services and engineering teams to identify competency and capability gaps, and develop a services and managed services strategy to support customer requirements.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to develop a plan to expand into new customer verticals and territories through partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a relevant field.
  • 10+ years of experience working with channel partners in the technology sector.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence investments and decision-making.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience leading partnerships and business planning.
  • Experience building MSP and Partner Services practices.
