Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team at Marriott International Inc. As a Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front office operations, and supervising a team of front desk staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage front office operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Monitor and maintain front office inventory, including supplies and equipment
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
