Front Desk/ Admin Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Front Desk/ Admin to join our team at Homesmartfranchise in Palm Springs, California.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests
  • Manage various administrative tasks and projects, including vendor management and invoice uploading
  • Assist the marketing department with requests for marketing materials, such as creating and designing flyers
  • Event planning and preparation
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Real Estate or Transaction Coordinator experience beneficial
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment required (Word, Excel, Adobe)
  • Strong customer focus and orientation
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, be reliable, flexible, and work well in a team environment
  • Effective, positive interpersonal skills
  • 3+ years of customer service and/or assistant experience in a high volume calling environment preferred
  • Ability to create template-based flyers, postcards, brochures, and other marketing materials
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized
