Sales Growth Specialist

We're seeking a seasoned Account Executive to drive sales and revenue growth through acquiring new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, identifying and pursuing new sales leads, and conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days in office in NYC (Tues-Thur), representing a Creative Production Platform headquartered in NYC with a long-time outstanding reputation amongst brands, studios, and agencies. The platform has a set of solutions that are desirable and in-demand.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
- Identify and pursue new sales leads
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements with clients
- 5+ years of experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets above $1M
- Experience working through a complex sales cycle and closing strategic business
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive informed decisions
Preferred candidate qualifications include experience in the video, productivity, or collaboration SaaS market, a proven track record of selling to CIOs, creative leadership, marketing, operations, and IT teams, and the ability to sell through storytelling and emotional appeal.
