About the Role

Mast Reforestation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supporting all sales activities, from contract seedlings to local and international seed orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Sales Activities: Assist in processing seed orders, organizing the current sales system into a formal CRM, and managing all communications from inbound customer leads.
  • Organize Sales System: Develop and implement a formal CRM system to streamline sales processes and improve customer relationships.
  • Manage Customer Communications: Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and direct customers to the appropriate team member according to specific reforestation needs.
  • Develop Sales Materials: Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing departments to develop promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
  • Work with Cross-Functional Teams: Communicate with the Accounting team to ensure accurate invoicing and work with the R&D department to develop solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Provide Weekly Reports: Create and present weekly reports on key performance indicators to the management team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: In business, marketing, communications, natural resource management, ecology, forestry, agriculture/horticulture, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: 1+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles in the greenhouse or agricultural setting.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to problem-solve issues while managing competing priorities.
  • Independence: Proven track record of working effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Language Skills: Professional proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not required.
