About the Role

Mast Reforestation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team in a key role that will support all sales activities and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Sales Activities: Assist in processing seed orders, organizing the sales system into a CRM, managing inbound leads, and developing sales materials.
  • Organize Sales System: Implement a formal CRM system to streamline sales processes and improve customer engagement.
  • Manage Customer Communications: Handle all customer inquiries, provide solutions to customer needs, and direct customers to the appropriate team member.
  • Develop Sales Materials: Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing departments to create promotional materials that effectively communicate the value of Mast Reforestation's products and services.
  • Work with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure accurate invoicing and with the R&D department to develop solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Provide Weekly Reports: Create and present weekly reports on key performance indicators to ensure the team is meeting its goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, natural resource management, ecology, forestry, agriculture/horticulture, or related field.
  • Experience: 1+ years of professional experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles in the greenhouse or agricultural setting.
  • Skills: Proven ability to problem-solve, work effectively with minimal supervision, and communicate cross-culturally with international customers.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Professional proficiency in Spanish, start-up or equivalent experience in high-growth and/or fast-paced environment.
