Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Medical Office Coordinator to join our team. This role involves greeting patients and visitors, handling telephone inquiries, and directing them to the correct destination. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, initiative, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities
  • Greet patients and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Handle all telephone inquiries, providing accurate information and directing calls to relevant departments.
  • Take and relay messages to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
  • Maintain the tidiness of the reception and waiting area.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments as directed by management.
Requirements
  • High School degree or equivalent in training and/or experience.
  • Minimum one year receptionist/front desk experience.
  • Valid NY state driver's license or non-driver ID.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in computer software applications.
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Salary and Benefits

$20 per hour, competitive salary and benefits package available.
