We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Clinical Representative to join our team. As a Clinical Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our commercially approved company products as part of a team through education of current and potential customers, implant, and patient clinic coverage within a defined region.
Your responsibilities will include:- Serving as a primary resource for clinical support in the areas of device implant coverage, basic troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up of company products.
- Educating customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products by giving presentations and demonstrations using a wide variety of formats and platforms.
- Attending device implants in the labs and operating room of hospital accounts and performing patient follow-up to assure customer and patient success with the implanted products.
- Developing relationships with hospital personnel and assisting in identifying key decision makers to facilitate future sales.
- Responding to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel to develop optimal solutions.
- 0-2 years' work experience with a bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Science, Math, Business, Nursing, or equivalent technical work experience.
- Ability to take rotational 24/7 call with a sales team involving holidays and weekends.
- Preferred qualifications include previous experience working in an Electrophysiology (EP) Lab, device clinic, and/or Cardiac Catheterization (Cath) Lab, medical device sales, sales support, clinical education, and/or clinical research experience.
At Boston Scientific, we offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000, plus variable compensation governed by our Sales Incentive Compensation Plan. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including core and optional benefits.
