Clinical Therapist

Wellnest Emotional Health & Wellness is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Therapist to join our team. As a Clinical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing trauma-informed psychotherapy groups, family therapy, and collateral sessions to children and families.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct intakes and assessments to determine the need for services and develop treatment plans.
- Provide flexible and non-traditional hours of service, including evenings and weekends.
- Collaborate with outside child protective or family services workers assigned to children and their families.
- Advocate for parents and children when making outside referrals for services.
- Ensure timely completion of documentation, including progress notes using an Electronic Health Record System.
- Represent the company at community services, funder events, and events related to outreach for clients and supporters of the organization.
- A master's degree or equivalent in a field related to mental health, such as MSW, MA, Ph.D., PsyD, or MS.
- Clinical experience and/or training directly related to children and child counseling.
- Ability to work independently and with others, including other employees, clients, and members of the public.
- Ability to multitask, establish priorities, and manage time, meet deadlines, and perform duties under time constraints.
- Ability to maintain a high level of concentration and attention to detail for extended periods.
- Ability to maintain a high level of ethical and professional standards in accordance with agency policy.
- Annualized Salary Range: $67,704 to $83,410.
- $1,000 sign-on bonus upon completing 90-day introductory period.
- Eligibility for an annual $5,000 bilingual Spanish differential.
- Wellnest offers $10,000/year to build a personalized health benefits package from a choice of available medical, dental, and vision coverage plans, as well as an employer-paid $50,000 life insurance policy.
- Employer-sponsored 401(k) company match, dollar for dollar, up to 4%, and a profit-sharing contribution benefit of up to 5%.
