At Wellnest Emotional Health & Wellness, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Therapist to join our team. As a Clinical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing trauma-informed psychotherapy groups, family therapy, and collateral sessions to children and families.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct intakes and assessments to determine the need for services and develop treatment plans
- Provide trauma-informed psychotherapy groups, family therapy, and collateral sessions
- Work flexible and non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
- Collaborate with outside child protective or family services workers assigned to children and their families
- Advocate for parents and children when making outside referrals for services
- Ensure timely completion of documentation, including progress notes, using an Electronic Health Record System
- Represent the company at community services, funder events, and events related to outreach for clients and supporters
- A master's degree or equivalent (MSW, MA, Ph.D., PsyD, or MS) and clinical experience and/or training directly related to children and child counseling
- Training directly related to children and child counseling is preferred
- Current registration with the licensing board is required
- Bilingual Spanish speaking ability is preferred
- Annualized Salary Range: $67,704 to $83,410
- Eligibility for an annual $5,000 bilingual Spanish differential
- Employer-sponsored 401(k) company match, dollar for dollar, up to 4%
- Profit-sharing contribution benefit of up to 5%
