Field Sales Consultant

In this pivotal role, you will take charge of generating new clientele within your designated sales area, utilizing both your own initiatives and leads provided by our team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong history of meeting and exceeding sales objectives, demonstrating exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities. We offer a competitive salary paired with an attractive commission structure, making this an excellent opportunity for those looking to advance their careers in sales.
Compensation:$50,000 - $70,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:- Attend training sessions, meetings, trade shows, and sales events, both in-person and online.
- Devise and implement strategies to attract new customers in your sales territory.
- Stay informed about our products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor activities, to effectively address client needs.
- Engage with potential clients to present our offerings and new products.
- Document all sales activities, including new business development, account status, customer requirements, potential leads, and competitive challenges using our CRM system.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience.
- Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills are essential for success in this role.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
