About the Role
We are seeking a Client Partner to join our team at Slalom, focusing on the Public Sector line of business. As a Client Partner, you will play a crucial role in expanding the Slalom brand within this market segment. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with colleagues throughout Slalom to introduce thought leadership, create winning proposals, and deliver exceptional work that grows Slalom's consulting footprint with existing customers and opens doors to new ones.

You will also lead the development of solutions that enhance our transformation story and build on our strong foundation with current strategic & emerging partners. This leader will collaborate with Sales Executives to create account plans for targeted state and local agencies and departments, identifying opportunities to engage SMEs to assist with or augment project delivery. A successful Client Partner will have experience managing transformational programs, working with public sector clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $178,500 to $294,000, along with an annual discretionary bonus. Our comprehensive benefits package includes meaningful time off and paid holidays, parental leave, 401(k) with a match, and a range of choices for highly subsidized health, dental, & vision coverage. Additionally, we offer yearly $350 reimbursement accounts for any well-being-related expenses, discounted home, auto, and pet insurance, and more.
