Technical Representative

Mindbank Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a skilled Technical Representative to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to the Department of Navy at the Pentagon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support to the Department of Navy at the Pentagon.
- Monitor, review, interpret, evaluate, and report on technical aspects of the Navy Marine Corp Internet (NMCI) operation.
- Act as the interface between technical aspects of NMCI and the operational requirements of the command.
- Assist customers with ordering, analysis, evaluation, and preparation of recommendations for improvements, optimization, developments, and/or maintenance of NMCI/CosC/NGEN/NGEN-R services.
- Operate as the liaison between the technical development team and multiple business units across the client organization.
- Function as a liaison with higher-level Command Contract Technical Representatives (CTRs) on NMCI-related issues.
- Develop, interpret, plan, and apply policy, process, procedure, and strategy in the delivery of multi-discipline IT services required to achieve data and system integration/interoperability supporting OPNAV.
- Maintain current knowledge of client systems and subsequent upgrades or changes.
- Provide technical support for program personnel in various locations who have NMCI assets and peripherals.
- Provide government-approved briefs on security responsibilities to OPNAV Staff.
- Determine and order NGEN/NMCI service requirements for new personnel.
- Transfer existing or create new NGEN/NMCI user accounts, ensuring user System Authorization Access Request-Navy (SAAR-N) forms are completed and routed to the Command Information Assurance Manager (IAM).
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in the Information Technology field.
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate orally and in writing and must have a positive customer service attitude.
- Experience in services of Information Technology assets and NMCI accounts for the Navy is a plus.
- Experience working with the NMCI/CoSC/NGEN/NGEN-R contracts ordering and tracking system is a plus.
- A Security+ certificate is highly desired.
