Senior Technical Program Manager, Security Incident Response Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Security Incident Response team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering security outcomes that positively impact our security posture at scale for Amazon customers and builders.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with security and engineering leaders across Amazon businesses to work backwards from customer security outcomes, design initiatives to achieve those outcomes, and drive delivery against those commitments.
- Operate amidst ambiguity, where the problem and strategy may not be defined.
- Deliver clarity by leading through your team and collaborating with partner teams to define the strategic vision, and influence program and product roadmaps and strategies that will realize that vision.
- Bring strong business and technical acumen to apply data-driven judgements and influence product, program, and architecture decisions.
- Drive integration of new business units into SIRT response ecosystem by doing program reviews, aligning with stakeholders, and establishing mechanisms to continuously improve execution.
- Represent verbally and in writing complex decisions, trade-offs, and potential solutions clearly to senior security and business leaders.

- 8+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
- Experience leading highly technical programs involving infrastructure, complex systems, systems engineering.
- Experience with security architecture or incident response, reporting and metric development/tracking.
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
- 8+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver multiple projects at different complexity levels in parallel.
- Experience managing technical programs within a Security organization with focus on logs telemetry and incident response capabilities.
