About the Fellowship

Helping Hands Family is a leading provider of ABA services, dedicated to delivering personalized autism care to every patient. Our BCBA Fellowship program offers comprehensive clinical training and supervision, providing a unique opportunity for professionals to develop essential skills and expertise.

Responsibilities
  • Client Care: Build positive relationships with clients through social interaction, encouraging the development of communication, social skills, and problem-solving.
  • Data Collection: Accurately collect unbiased behavior data, providing valuable insights for treatment planning.
  • Communication: Proactively communicate with fellow professionals, families, and Clinical Directors to support clients' needs.
  • Assessment and Research: Conduct behavior-analytic assessments, research literature, and develop behavior-analytic programs to drive effective treatment.
  • BCBA Mentorship: Work with a BCBA mentor on guided practice of the BCBA role throughout the Fellowship.
Qualifications
  • Enrolled or graduated from a BACB-approved Master's or Certification Program.
  • Pass the RBT exam within 45 days of employment (if not already certified).
  • RBT competency and exam must be completed within 90 days of hire.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for speaking with clients' families and recording session notes.
