Job Summary:
Helping Hands Family is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our esteemed Autism ABA Fellowship program. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop essential skills in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and gain hands-on experience in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with clients and their families through effective communication and social interaction.
- Develop and implement behavior-analytic programs to promote communication, social skills, and problem-solving in clients.
- Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions and ensure client progress.
- Collaborate with fellow professionals, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), to support client needs.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in ABA.
Requirements:
- Enrolled or graduated from a BACB-approved Master's or Certification Program.
- Active RBT certification with a pass rate of 60% or higher for 3 consecutive years (if applicable).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, families, and colleagues.
