About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BCBA Clinical Manager to join our team at NeurAbilities Healthcare. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the management of clinical operations and quality assurance within our site locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage clinical operations and quality assurance within assigned sites
  • Supervise BCBAs and work collaboratively with Practice Managers to manage intake and onboarding of new staff members and clients
  • Ensure all clients receive the highest quality treatment in a timely and ethical manner
  • Develop and implement individualized clinical programs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
  • Monitor and evaluate treatment integrity and make data-driven decisions
  • Provide clinical guidance and training to clinical and operations staff
  • Handle sensitive employee relations issues with integrity
Requirements
  • Master's Degree or PhD in ABA or related field
  • Board certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA, BCBA-D)
  • Behavior Specialist/BCBA License for assigned state(s)
  • 3+ years of professional experience as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) working with clients with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) in a multi-disciplinary team setting
  • Expert knowledge of scientifically validated methodologies and approaches for individuals with autism spectrum disorder
  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills
