The Manufacturing Operations Leader will oversee the extrusion production workforce and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of production methodologies. Collaborating closely with the Plant Manager, you will guarantee the effective and economical manufacturing of superior products while fostering a secure and cooperative workplace.

Key Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Operations Leader:

  • Guide, inspire, and develop a diverse group of production staff to meet production goals and uphold quality benchmarks.
  • Execute initiatives aimed at boosting production effectiveness, minimizing waste, and improving overall operational outcomes.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all relevant EHS standards and local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Perform routine safety inspections, pinpoint potential risks, and implement strategies to mitigate hazards and avert incidents.
  • Apply Lean manufacturing principles and other best practices to identify and eliminate inefficiencies.

Qualifications for the Manufacturing Operations Leader:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related discipline.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal abilities, with a proven capacity to communicate and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes, quality assurance systems, and regulatory standards.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the capability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
