Are you ready to contribute to a vital mission? Kanaan Communications, LLC is seeking a Field Integration Specialist to enhance our operations and support our connectivity initiatives.

This role is entirely remote, with travel requirements up to 90% of the time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy OEM integration systems and Base Band Units (BBUs) at client sites, including both indoor and outdoor installations.
  • Ensure meticulous tracking and accountability for all materials and client assets, adhering to both client and national quality and safety standards.
  • Collaborate closely with internal Network Support teams to achieve successful integration of OEM BBUs across various site configurations.
  • Fulfill all call testing protocols and complete necessary documentation.
  • Utilize standard communication tools effectively, including VPNs, shared desktops, smartphones, and teleconferencing.
  • Execute all tasks following established guidelines, producing high-quality work while maintaining safe working conditions in compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Be prepared for a flexible work schedule, including rotating hours and weekend shifts as required.
  • Travel as necessary to various client markets.

Candidate Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
  • Preferred candidates will possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in wireless cell site installations and OEM integrations.
  • Experience with fiber cleaning and testing, as well as low voltage DC power installations, is advantageous.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • Ability to read and interpret OEM specifications, RF design documents, and wiring diagrams is essential.
  • Proficiency in using spreadsheets and database management tools such as Acrobat, MS Word, and Excel.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Ability to maintain positive working relationships both internally and externally.
  • Willingness to work overtime, after hours, weekends, and be on-call as needed.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and ability to work in various weather conditions.
