Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Collections Specialist to join our team at firstPRO 360. As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for communicating with customers regarding past due invoices, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring timely resolution of accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers through regular communication and issue resolution.
  • Monitor and manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of delinquent accounts.
  • Assist with the maintenance of customer dashboards, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information regarding billing and collections processes.
  • Document all customer interactions and communications regarding delinquent accounts and credit risks.
  • Collaborate with the Collections Lead to ensure efficient and effective management of accounts receivable.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in collections or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Technological savvy, with knowledge of accounting software and the ability to learn new systems.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
