Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per yearJob DescriptionAs a Construction Division Team Lead at Paul Davis Restoration of Portland/Vancouver, you will take ownership of our mission and elevate our reconstruction department to world-class status. This involves providing incredible opportunities for exceptional individuals to deliver remarkable results.

- Forge, fine-tune, and document groundbreaking business processes across the organization.

- Head up an impressive team of project managers managing a substantial book of business exceeding $10 million in project revenue.
- 7+ years of Construction/Restoration/Remodeling Experience
- 3+ years of people management experience (including performance review, career growth, and mentorship)
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Previous project management experience mandatory
