Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Residential Aide to support our inpatient program. As a Residential Aide, you will work under the supervision of the Residential Aide Supervisor and provide non-clinical support in a group living and milieu environment.

This role requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, and creativity to help implement and deliver support services that meet the complex needs of our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients;
  • Assist patients with nonclinical needs as required;
  • Work collaboratively as part of a treatment team;
  • Maintain accurate documentation consistent with agency policy;
  • Support and implement agency policies and procedures;
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent;
  • Familiarity with addiction and recovery issues;
  • CPR/1st Aid certification;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Good attendance record;
  • Ability to work well with others.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $17.60 - $18.63 per hour, depending on experience.
