As a Clinical Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing admissions, leading clinical staff, and ensuring compliance with regulations while fostering a supportive environment for recovery.

Responsibilities
  • Oversight of admissions process and implementation of performance improvement plans
  • Leadership of clinical staff meetings and supervision of staff development
  • Facilitation of communication with ancillary services and recruitment of new employees
  • Collaboration with program leadership and demonstration of knowledge of administrative and clinical policies and procedures
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related field with experience in eating disorder treatment
  • Licensed to practice clinical discipline in applicable state
  • CPR certification required
