Job Title: School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location: Lexington, MI

Type of Employment: Contract

Hours: Full-time preferred, part-time considered

Assignment Duration: Throughout the school year

Student Caseload: Focus on early childhood preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth assessments to detect speech and language disorders
  • Create and execute personalized treatment plans based on each student's requirements
  • Deliver therapy services directly to students, including both individual and group sessions

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Valid Michigan state license or eligibility for licensure
  • Preferably holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Prior experience interacting with school-aged children, especially in an educational environment
