- Manage financial, material, and human resources to ensure effective utilization and allocation.

- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare administration or nursing.
- Minimum of five years acute care nursing experience and two years of management and administrative experience.
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills, with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate collaboration, teamwork, coaching/mentoring, and networking.
- Thorough understanding of electronic medical records, clinical informatics, and other advanced healthcare technologies.
