Position Overview
This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $20, along with weekly bonuses and commissions. It is a full-time position with ample opportunities for career advancement.

Role Responsibilities
As a Territory Marketer, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with homeowners and generate leads through complimentary in-home consultations. This position entails:
  • Traveling to various assigned neighborhoods and visiting approximately 150 residences.
  • Actively working to produce qualified sales leads within your designated territory.
  • Operating both independently and collaboratively with a team.
  • Representing Renewal by Andersen with professionalism and integrity.
  • Educating potential customers about our products and services.
  • Conducting regular check-ins with management throughout the week.
  • Occasionally reporting to the office for team meetings.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A high-energy and outgoing personality.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude in the face of challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective multitasking abilities.

Work Schedule
The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday, with hours varying between 9 AM to 5 PM from November to March, and 11 AM to 7 PM from April to October. Occasional Saturday shifts may be required.

Job Type
This is a full-time position with an expected workload of 40 hours per week.

Education Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
